2 How are Gift Cards delivered?

GIFT CARDS

M·A·C Gift Cards purchased at maccosmetics.com and through 1.800.588.0070 are delivered via regular mail. Complimentary for Standard Shipping.

$5.00 for 2nd Day Shipping per shipping address.

$10.00 for Overnight Shipping per shipping address.

For shipments that contain Gift Cards and other items: shipping and handling charges will be calculated based upon the total amount of the merchandise purchased. Gift Card amounts are not included in the calculation of shipping and handling charges.

eGIFT CARDS

eGift Cards are delivered via email. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient. There is no charge for email delivery.

For shipments that contain eGift Cards and other items, shipping and handling charges will be based upon the amount of the merchandise purchased. eGift Card amounts are not included in the calculation of shipping and handling charges.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards with a PIN Code* may be redeemed at M·A·C Retail Stores, by calling us at 1.800.588.0070 and at maccosmetics.com and maccosmetics.ca

Gift Cards without a PIN Code may be redeemed at M·A·C Retail Stores only.

Gift Cards may not be redeemed at Department store or airport locations.

All Gift Cards purchased at maccosmetics.com and 1.800.588.0070 have a PIN Code.

eGIFT CARDS

eGift Cards are redeemable online at maccosmetics.com, maccosmetics.ca and at company-owned freestanding M∙A∙C Stores in the United States (excluding department stores and airport locations).

GIFT CARDS

Present your gift card as payment for purchases at M·A·C freestanding retail stores in the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, and at maccosmetics.com or maccosmetics.ca. Gift cards may not be used in department store locations. Gift cards may be redeemed for merchandise or services and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except as required by law. Gift cards have no expiration date or service fees. eGIFT CARDS

M·A·C eGift Cards can be used as payment for purchases made online at maccosmetics.com, maccosmetics.ca and at freestanding M∙A∙C Stores in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. eGift Cards issued from maccosmetics.com cannot be used as payment in department stores and airport locations. Regardless of where redeemed, the value of your eGift card will be based on the currency of the location where it was purchased and the exchange rate on the date of redemption. eGift Cards cannot be used to pay a credit account, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except as required by law. For questions, balance inquiry or to report a lost or stolen eGift Card, call 1.800.588.0070. Promotional offers and discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of eGift Cards, and purchases of eGift Cards will not be used to determine promotional thresholds. When making a purchase with an eGift Card, the value of the purchase, including shipping/handling fees and sales tax, if applicable, will be deducted from the balance remaining on the eGift Card. All transactions involving eGift Cards are subject to the M·A·C Cosmetics North America Website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please safeguard your eGift Card PIN number. If your eGift card is lost or stolen, and you have proof of purchase, M·A·C will issue a replacement for the balance shown in our records. To report a lost or stolen eGift Card, please call the toll-free number above – you will need to provide your eGift Card number. M·A·C reserves the right, in addition to any other available remedies, to close customer accounts or require alternative forms of payment if an eGift Card is obtained or used improperly.
